 ITS is proud to announce the acquisition of a limited number of ElementK licenses that are offered for free to students, faculty and staff of Fayetteville State University.
ElementK is an Internet-based training and learning solution, which delivers training right to the desktop – it is convenient, easy to access, and easy to use. With ElementK, you can “Learn More, Learn Now, Anytime, Anywhere!” As long as you have Internet access, you have the power to learn with ElementK!
There are hundreds of courses to choose from, including all levels of Microsoft Office 2000 and XP applications, and much more. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful learning opportunity and learn about the technology that interests you.
Go to ElementK website and click on the Student Orientation link. Click any of the quick links under Student Site Tours to explore ElementK.

Using ElementK requires Internet access as well as the Shockwave plug-in. If you don't have the plugin installed, as you start any of the self-paced tutorials you will be prompted to install it. Just follow the instructions to install and you may need to close your browser and login to ElementK again. |
Once logged in to ElementK, click the Help button on the left-hand side of the browser window. Use the Help buttons on the left-hand side of the browser to navigate through the Help Menu.
Due to the limited number of licenses available, we will extend usage of licenses as follows:
Students: 1 Semester
Faculty & Staff: 2 months
The licenses are packaged as Office Productivity titles and IT Professional titles. We have a larger number of Office Productivity licenses to offer, so unless you are interested in IT certifications, please select Office Productivity in the request form.
Take advantage of the time you have ElementK available to you, which includes assessments and BrainBench testing.
In order to access ElementK, you will need to request an Access Key. Once you have requested an access key, instructions will be sent to you via email on how to access ElementK.
Click the request access link and provide the information requested. You will be sent the information within 24-48 hours.
